•Clover Hill Residential Estate - 200+ allotment estate for Sunland Group Limited, located behind Sommerset College. This estate involved the accomodation of 180,000 cu. m. of fill from a Gold Coast Water Reservoir Site, as well as some 120,000 cu. m. of onsite cut.

•Regatta Waters - A Joint Venture between AV Jennings and Metricon located on the Coomera River. This project includes a proposed rowing course within an existing lake.

•Park Lake Estate -  A Joint Venture between AV Jennings and Metricon located in Maudsland.

•Bushland Beach, Townsville - Assisting Sunland Group’s local Townsville Consultant with design and documentation support.
