•Gold Coast Airport - BradLees Consulting is currently undertaking various projects for the Gold Coast Airport.

•Concrete Batch Plants - We have undertaken the works on concrete batch plants for Boral And Hammercrete.

•Integrated Water Management - Recently we have completed a review of water supply demand and discharges based on 5 and 6 star appliances as a base model for a project utilizing water reuse.

•Gold Coast City Council Land Development Guidelines - BradLees Consulting has completed the amendments of the council’s guidelines since amalgamation.

•Hope Island Flood Mitigation Canal, Gold Coast - approximately 3.0 km of 74 m. wide flood mitigation canal including relevant walls, reclamation of adjoining allotments, upgrading of existing roadworks, stormwater management, alteration to existing services, including extensive negotiations with Gold Coast City Council. Work is now nearing completion.

•“Versace” Hotel Project, Gold Coast - A prestigious waterfront fire-star international hotel and tourist complex, comprising storeys and rooms, including the adjoining marina. Our involvement included reporting on preliminary investigations associated with proposed boating and access channels, to co-ordination and management of specialist consultants in order to obtain approvals for the marina works. This required extensive negotiation and liaison with numerous State Government Departments.
