•Hope Island Resort - Is an Integrated Resort Development. BradLees has been involved in the detailed design and supervision of the residential component of this development.

•Old Burleigh Town Estate - This is the Cowell Group’s Residential and Industrial development located at Andrews Interchange, West Burleigh. BradLees is involved in a project management role of the overall project, as well as detailed design and supervision of civil works, including unit developments and the neighborhood shopping centre.
