•Highland Reserve - 1,000+ allotment estate located on Reserve Road, Upper Coomera for Stockland Development Pty Ltd. The project includes freshwater lakes, bioretention areas, Water Reservoir, temporary and ultimate regional sewerage infrastructure.

•Freshwater Estate, Brays Road, Griffin - 1,000+ dwelling estate located in Pine River’s Northern Growth Corridor for Stockland Development Pty Ltd. This estate has allotments ranging from 400 sq. m to 800 sq. m. as well as Medium Density Sites.

•Cobaki Lakes Estate - We have been appointed lead Civil Engineer for Leda’s Master Planned Community. This project will contain over 7,000 dwellings, Mixed Use, Schools, and Commercial Areas.

•Kings Forrest Estate - We have been appointed lead Civil Engineer for the overall sewerage and water strategy for the estate, and support consultant for the balance of the engineering works.

•Varsity Lakes Estate - Delfin Lend Lease’s $1 Billion Residential, Commercial and Industrial Development adjacent to Bond University. To date, BradLees Consulting has been involved in detailed design and documentation of more than 200 allotments, commercial subdivisions, commercial buildings, master waste network analysis, preliminary planning and trunk sewerage diversion. Our residential allotments have mainly been Azzurra Island which formed the projects of Premium Small to Mid Allotment releases.
